Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hot-dip coating equipment for hot-rolled steel sheet which reduces the production cost and also, solves such problems at a stroke as slow pickling speed, the removal of smut after pickling and the lowering of the heating temp. at the time of reduction-annealing and reduces the operational cost and the equipping cost and can execute the high speed pickling and can produce the hot-dip coated steel sheet excellent in the stickiness in a low cost.
SOLUTION: At the time of hot-dip coating zinc-base metal or alloy (galvanizing) onto the hot-rolled steel sheet, after heating the hot-rolled steel sheet 12 at higher temp. than the pickling temp. with a steel sheet heating part 13, the steel sheet 12 is dipped into acid solution in a pickling vessel part 14 and also, the acid solution is spread on at least one side surface of the steel sheet 12 from an acid solution spreading device 15 to execute descale pickling treatment, and successively, the steel sheet 12 is introduced into continuous galvanizing equipment 16 to apply the galvanization on the steel sheet 12.
