PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system and the like which allows power generation to continue long during power failure time by destroying a temperature stratification in a hot water storage tank.SOLUTION: A cogeneration system 1 includes: a power generator 100 for generating electricity and heat; a hot water storage tank 20 for storing hot water; a heat recovery circulation circuit 7 for circulating hot water between the hot water storage tank 20 and the power generator 100 via a heat exchanger 6; and a control device 10 for performing circulation control of hot water so that the hot water circulating in the heat recovery circulation circuit 7 becomes a maximum flow rate at power failure time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
