Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin sorter for a pachinko ball dispenser capable of improving a degree of freedom when handling coins after throwing the coins, securely preventing the wrong recovery of the coins, and miniaturizing the device. SOLUTION: This coin sorter is provided with a coin passage 3 communicated with outside an for guiding the thrown coins C downward while turning them, a storage mechanism 8 for storing the coins C at a storage position inside the coin passage 3 by making the coins C turning inside the coin passage 3 abut on the storage position and for releasing the coins C by releasing the abutment of the coins C, a housing and return deciding means for deciding whether to house the coins C released by the storage mechanism 8 or return, a sorting mechanism 7 for sorting the coins C released from the storage mechanism 8 to lead them to one of a housing passage 3a communicated with a housing port and a return passage 3B communicated with a return port, and a control means for controlling drive of the storage mechanism 8 and drive of the sorting mechanism 7 in response to a result of the decision of the housing and return deciding means.
