Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting method using a cooling metal, that is capable of eliminating the necessity of a special cutting process or the like even when a cast product has a curve or a complex surface and preventing the cooling metal from being burned.SOLUTION: The method using a model or the like and a cooling metal sticks an intermediate body 30 made of a material not melted by molten metal and smaller in area than the end surface of the cooling metal 20, and machines the cooling metal 20 so as to come into contact with the intermediate body 30. In place of the middle body 30, an intermediate sheet made of a highly heat conductive material not melted by molten metal is continuously or discontinuously stuck to the model or the like, and fixed to a refractory material, and the cooling metal is machined so as to come into contact with the intermediate sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
