PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold spray device capable of: cleaning material powder surfaces even in the case where material powder difficult to agglomerate material powders one another and easy to oxidize and highly hydroscopic material powder are used; and forming a coating sheet having high compactness and strength, and to provide a cold spray device capable of being used in the ambient air and forming the coating sheet efficiently at a low cost.SOLUTION: A cold spray device according to an embodiment injects material powders together with a working gas into the atmosphere from a nozzle so that the material powder may collide against a base material thereby to form a coating sheet is characterized by comprising a mechanism for applying an energy to the material powder after the injection from the nozzle to the collision against the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
