To provide a practical cooling storage house for allowing effective cleaning in the house.SOLUTION: A cooling storage house 10 includes a boxed body 12 inside which stored objects can be stored, a cooling device 3 for circulating cooling air in the boxed body 12, and a photocatalyst device 50 provided in the boxed body 12, the photocatalyst device 50 including a photocatalyst filter 52 including a photocatalyst, a first light irradiation part 56 for applying light irradiation to a surface 52A of the photocatalyst filter 52 in the direction crossing it, a second light irradiation part 57 for applying light irradiation onto the surface 52A of the photocatalyst filter 52 in the direction along the surface 52A, and a photosensor 58 for detecting the light irradiation applied by the second light irradiation part 57.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
