Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and a communication system capable of reducing communication traffic.SOLUTION: A control unit 202 of a slave unit 20 waits for reception of first and second packets, in a state not yet entering a network including a master unit 10. The first packet is a packet transmitted between a slave unit 20 performing entry processing to the network out of slave units 20 other than own machine and the master unit 10. The second packet is a packet transmitted between a slave unit 20 completing the entry processing to the network out of slave units 20 other than own machine and the master unit 10. When a communication unit 201 receives any one of first and second packets, the control unit 202 causes the communication unit 201 to transmit a beacon request. When the communication unit 201 receives a beacon response to the beacon request, the control unit 202 starts the entry processing to the network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
