PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a method of efficiently reporting a wireless quality between terminal devices to a base station device.SOLUTION: A communication device that can perform first communication with a first device and second communication with a second device, acquires a first wireless quality related to signals from the first device and a second wireless quality related to signals from the peripheral second device, and in a case where the first wireless quality and the second wireless quality satisfy a predetermined condition, notifies the first device of information on the second wireless quality.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
