PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid radio wave interference generated in radio systems having different radio communication systems using the same frequency band.SOLUTION: A communication device on which a module capable of individually communicating with a first terminal connected to a sensor network and a second terminal connected to an IP system radio network is mounted comprises: means for predicting the first terminal's reception time of a data frame from the sensor network; means for predicting transmission time, immediately before the predicted reception time of the data frame, of a management frame out of management frames transmitted to the IP system radio network by the second terminal; means for changing a frame transmission interval of the second terminal and a third terminal connected to the IP system radio network at the predicted management frame's transmission time, so that data frames do not interfere with each other; and means for re-predicting, when the predicted data frame reception time has been off, a data frame's reception time and a management frame's transmission time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
