Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide a signal at any symbol rate while restraining increase in circuit scale and to generate a sub-modulation signal with any bandwidth.SOLUTION: A transmission device is configured to set frequency resolution of a filter coefficient generation circuit of a division filter to generate a sub-modulation signal so that it is smaller than frequency resolution of a DFT, and to divide a modulation signal by a division filter only using a filter coefficient selected at a frequency interval corresponding to the frequency resolution of the DFT among filter coefficients generated by the filter coefficient generation circuit. A reception device is configured to set frequency resolution of a filter coefficient generation circuit of an extraction filter to extract the sub-modulation signal so that it is smaller than the frequency resolution of the DFT, and to extract the sub-modulation signal by an extraction filter only using a filter coefficient selected at the frequency interval corresponding to the frequency resolution of the DFT among filter coefficients generated by the filter coefficient generation circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
