PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of converting input information such as a voice or an image into character information for use without depending on an OS or terminal.SOLUTION: A content distribution device 20 is configured to acquire Web content from a content server 10, and to execute processing corresponding to a script included in the Web content, and to distribute the elements of a Web page to a plurality of client terminals. A client terminal 40a is configured to acquire input information input on the basis of the script received from the content distribution device 20, and to transmit identification information for identifying the client terminal 40a and the input information to a recognition server 30. The recognition server 30 is configured to convert the input information into character information, and to transmit the character information and the identification information to the content distribution device 20. The content distribution device 20 is configured to, on the basis of the received character information and identification information, progress the Web content, and to distribute the progressed elements of the Web page to the plurality of client terminals 40a and 40b.
