Abstract:
To provide a composite molded article capable of improving surface smoothness while suppressing warps and weight increment.SOLUTION: A composite molded article includes a layering core part, a first skin part laminated on one face of the core part, and a second skin part laminated on the other face of the core part. The core part contains a foamed resin. The first skin part and the second skin part contain each a thermosetting resin and a fiber reinforced material, and a plurality of unilateral fiber reinforced resin layers having the axial direction of the fiber reinforced material arranged in one direction. The first skin part and the second skin part have each pseudo-isotropy in the axial direction of the fiber reinforced material. The lamination number of the unilateral fiber reinforced resin layers in the first skin part is different from the lamination number of the unilateral fiber reinforced resin layers in the second skin part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
