Abstract:
The invention refers to a hollow particle comprising a silicon compound, wherein an average particle size is 5 to 150 nm, a thickness of the shell is 1 to 25 nm, and a ratio (IQ 2 /IQ 4 ) of an integrated intensity (I Q2 ) of a peak (Q 2 ) attributed to silicon in which the number of bridging oxygen is 2 to an integrated intensity (I Q4 ) of a peak (Q 4 ) attributed to silicon in which the number of bridging oxygen is 4, in solid-state NMR ( 29 Si/MAS) measurement is not less than 0.25 and not more than 1.0.
