PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents data using device which does not allow a user to illegally extend the available time of contents data. SOLUTION: This contents data using device 100 includes a contents data storing part 107 for storing the contents data, a ticket data storing part 108 for storing available time data for the contents data and a controlling part 101 controlling the entire contents data using device 100. The part 101 includes a contents data using means for using the contents data, a 1st updating means for updating the available time data stored in an available time storing means at each prescribed time, a comparing means for comparing the value of the available time data with a prescribed value, and an allowing/inhibiting means for allowing or inhibiting the use of the contents data by the contents data using means.
