Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To schedule jobs so as to keep the desired order as much as possible for every resource while keeping the appointed date of delivery for order when generating the detailed schedule of resources. SOLUTION: At least one schedule parameter, with which assignment conditions different for each of resources can be set, is set to the order (or lot). When order information is inputted, a scheduler specifies a process or resource required for producing items related to each of orders. Next, a plurality of jobs, which can be assigned to the respective resources, are assigned backward and/or forward, piled up and leveled down next. After a plurality of jobs are piled up/leveled down, according to the set assignment conditions, the order of a plurality of jobs is controlled for each of resources. After the order control of a plurality of jobs, the backward and/or forward assignment is repeated a plurality of times so that the time to start or the end the job can be corrected.
