To provide a network for preventing the packet loss of a wireless LAN communication network without excessively increasing a buffer size, by preventing traffic to the destination of a radio communication terminal in a doze state to another access point.
When receiving traffic to the destination of a wireless communication terminal in a doze state (S30: Y), in a state such that there is no empty buffer, an access point generates and transmits a frame for avoiding traffic to another access point, and avoids all traffics which have been buffered to the destination of the radio communication terminal in the doze state (S40). Thus, it is possible to prevent communication loss of a wireless LAN communication network, without abandoning traffic to the destination of the radio communication terminal that has power-saving function.
