PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete surface structure having enhanced adhesiveness of a resin layer as a water proof surface and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A concrete surface structure is constituted by laminating a primer layer constituted by an epoxy resin formed on a surface of the concrete structure and a polyurea resin layer consisting of a polyurea resin formed on a surface of the primer layer and containing sodium hydrogen carbonate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
