Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensing photoelectric conversion apparatus which can be easily manufactured by using an existing solar cells available even from manufacturers other than solar cell manufacturers without newly designing a bandgap, allows a heat radiation design to be performed easily, and can suppress reduction in conversion efficiency even when light condensing magnification is increased.SOLUTION: A condensing photoelectric conversion apparatus comprises a condenser lens and a photoelectric conversion element placed at a position opposed to the condenser lens. The photoelectric conversion element consists of a solar cell for scattered light, having a through hole, and a solar cell for condensation, arranged in through holes of solar cells for scattered light. The condenser lens consists of a transparent thermoset resin, and the photoelectric conversion element is mounted on an external connection substrate.
