PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light condensing device capable of being used even in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A light condensing device 1 includes a light transmission body 2 and a light transmission body 3. In the light transmission body 2, a surface 5 and a surface 6 are formed. The surface 6 is opposite to the surface 5. In the light transmission body 3, a surface 8 and a surface 9 are formed. The surface 8 is opposite to the surface 6. The surface 9 is opposite to the surface 8. On the surface 6 of the light transmission body 2, a convex structure 7 is formed. The convex structure 7 has a projection height gradually higher toward a -y direction, and a width in an x direction gradually smaller toward the -y direction. The transmission body 3 has a thickness gradually thicker toward the -y direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
