Abstract:
The present invention provides a conductive adhesive composition which has both isotropic electrical conduction and excellent adhesiveness, while being processable at 120°C or less. A conductive adhesive composition which contains 50-300 parts by mass of a conductive filler having a dendrite shape per 100 parts by mass of a resin component that contains at least (A) a crystalline thermoplastic resin that has a melting point of 90°C or more, (B) a carboxyl group-modified polyester resin and (C) a urethane-modified polyester resin.
