Title:
A conductive silicone rubber constituent and the normal temperature contraction rubber member for high-voltage cables
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6191548
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition-curable electrically-conductive silicone rubber composition from which an electrically-conductive silicone rubber-molded article is obtained, from which article carbon black can effectively be prevented from being dropped out when the electrically-conductive silicone rubber being a normal temperature-shrinkable rubber member is attached to a high-voltage cable while enlarging the diameter of the electrically-conductive silicone rubber, and to provide the normal temperature-shrinkable rubber member for high-voltage cables, which member comprises a cured/molded product of the addition-curable electrically-conductive silicone rubber composition.SOLUTION: The electrically-conductive silicone rubber composition contains: organopolysiloxane (A) having two or more silicon atom-bonded alkenyl groups in one molecule thereof; a resinous copolymer (B) having RSiOunits (in which R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group) and SiOunits, 0.5-1.5 molar ratio (RSiO/SiO), and 1×10-5×10mol/g alkenyl group content; organo hydrogen polysiloxane (C) having three or more SiH groups in one molecule thereof; fumed silica (D) having 50-400 m/g BET specific surface area; carbon black (E); and an addition reaction catalyst (F).
