Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated copper fine particle that is fine and has a narrow particle size distribution, and that is excellent in shelf life as well as that can be sintered at low temperature.SOLUTION: Provided is a coated copper fine particle production process characterized in comprising a step of producing a copper-producible composite compound by mixing a compound comprising copper and a reductive compound and thermo-decomposing the same in alkylamine, and a step of producing an alkylamine-coated copper fine particle by heating said composite compound in alkylamine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
