Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a structurally stable copper complex allowing for preparation of a composition for forming a conductive film having high concentration and excellent in maintainability.SOLUTION: There is provided the method of producing a copper complex of 5-membered ring or 6-membered ring structure represented by the following formula (1) and composed of a copper compound and alkanolamine. In the method, the alkanolamine of 1 mol or more and less than 2 mol is added to 1 mol of the copper compound. (1), where Rand Rrepresent each independently a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent or aromatic hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent, Rand Rrepresents each independently any substituent and n is 2 or 3.SELECTED DRAWING: None
