Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining composition of not requiring removal of an oxide film when joining.SOLUTION: A joining composition includes tin, germanium and nickel, in which the content of the germanium is 10 mass% or less, and the content of the germanium and the content of the nickel satisfy the following expression (1). In the joining composition, the content of iridium is 0-0.1 mass%, and is desirably 0-0.025 mass%, and the content of zinc is desirably 0-0.5 mass%, and the content of germanium is desirably larger than 0.5 mass%. [Ni]≤2.8×[Ge]...(1), ([Ni] is the content of the nickel, and [Ge] is the content of the germanium).SELECTED DRAWING: None
