Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for lubricant film reducing surface roughness of the lubricant film formed on a surface of a substrate of a sliding member and easily smoothing a surface of the lubricant film during sliding.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition for lubricant film for coating a surface of a metal made substrate 10 with a lubricant film 20 where molybdenum disulfide particle is dispersed and dispersed molybdenum disulfide particle is bound by a binding resin and containing molybdenum disulfide particle of 50 to 70 mass% based on total amount of the molybdenum disulfide particle and the binding resin and having average particle diameter in a range of 0.1 to 3.0 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
