Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions comprising glucopyranosyl lipid adjuvant (GLA) and methods for reducing or preventing the formation of cancer metastasis utilizing the same.SOLUTION: The compositions may be formulated for local-regional delivery. The compositions may be substantially devoid of a cancer antigen. The treatment with GLA may be combined with treatment with a COX2 inhibitor and a beta-adrenergic blocker. According to some embodiments, the present invention is directed to the reduction or prevention of metastasis development using local-regional delivery of GLA.SELECTED DRAWING: None
