Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody conjugate comprising an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof and a detectable moiety for use in a method for detecting complement-mediated inflammation in an individual and a method for detecting complement activation.SOLUTION: An anti-C3d antibody conjugate of the invention comprises a detectable moiety, light chain complementarity-determining regions (CDR) 1, 2 and 3, or heavy chain complementarity-determining regions 1, 2 and 3, where the light chain CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 have specific sequences respectively, and the heavy chain CDR1 has one of two specific sequences, CDR2 has a specific sequence and CDR3 has one of two specific sequences.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5-2
