Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iridium complex compound with high solubility for use in an organic electroluminescent element.SOLUTION: This invention provides an iridium complex compound represented by the formula (1) where R-Rindependently represent H or a trialkylsilylalkyl (aryl) group, excluding the case that all of them are H; R-Rindependently represent an optionally substituted C3-30 (hetero) aryl group; a ring A is a 5-membered or 6-membered aromatic heterocycle comprising N and C, and may be optionally substituted; and m is an integer of 1-3.
