Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which is excellent in film formability and forms an organic semiconductor film excellent in carrier mobility, a method for producing the organic semiconductor film, and an organic semiconductor element having the organic semiconductor film.SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor film-forming composition contains: an organic semiconductor compound having a repeating unit represented by formula (1) and having a molecular weight of 2,000 or more; a solvent having a boiling point of 150°C or higher; and a poly(meth)acrylate having neither silicon atoms nor fluorine atoms. In the formula (1), A represents an electron acceptor unit, and D represents an electron donor unit.SELECTED DRAWING: None
