Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast-in-place pile construction method which has excellent workability and can reduce a cost for materials which need to be newly procured in every construction.SOLUTION: A cast-in-place pile construction method, to construct a cast-in-place pile using a casing 3 with a spiral blade 1 attached close to a tip section thereof without requiring earth removal, comprises: a rotary penetration process to execute rotary penetration of the casing 3 into the ground with the tip section of the casing 3 closed and a detachable bottom plate 5 installed on a lower tip section of the casing 3 by a holding member; a reinforcement cage installation process to insert a reinforcement cage 13 in the casing 3 and to cut off the bottom plate 5 installed on the casing 3 by the holding member therefrom with the lower tip section of the reinforcement cage 13; a concrete placement process to place concrete 15 in the casing 3 with the reinforcement cage 13 installed therein; and a casing pullout process to pull out the casing 3 before the placed concrete 15 solidifies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
