Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast-in-place pile construction method which has excellent workability and can reduce a cost for materials which need to be newly procured in every construction.SOLUTION: A cast-in-place pile construction method comprises: a rotary penetration process to execute rotary penetration of a casing 3 into the ground with the tip section of the casing 3 closed and a detachable bottom plate 5 installed on a lower tip section of the casing 3; a reinforcement cage installation process to insert a reinforcement cage 23 in the casing 3; a concrete placement process to place concrete 25 in the casing 3 with the reinforcement cage 23 installed therein; a bottom plate separation process to separate the bottom plate 5 at the tip of the concrete from the casing 3 by pressing down the concrete 25 in the casing 3 from an upper side thereof before the placed concrete 25 solidifies; and a casing pullout process to pull out the casing 3 before the placed concrete 25 solidifies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
