PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability in a concrete part casted at the field when a precast concrete member and a part in which concrete is casted at the field to be hardened are bound to construct a structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a binding device comprises: a tension material at a precast concrete member side arranged in precast concrete member; a tension material at the side of part casted at the field, which is arranged at a part where concrete is casted at the field, connected to the tension material at the precast concrete member side, and provided with tension together with the tension material at a precast concrete member side after that concrete casted at the field is hardened; a cover which covers a connection part between the tension material at precast concrete member side and a tension material at the side of part casted at the field to prevent attachment of concrete casted at the field to the connecting part in order to realize relative displacement of the connecting part to concrete casted at the field; and a maintaining tool maintaining a tense state in the tension material to which tension has been provided after hardening of concrete casted at the field.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
