Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently heat a heated object without using a device for shaping the heated object into a rod shape, in the case of using a device for locally heating the heated object.SOLUTION: This local heating device 1 of the embodiment heats waste 20 charged in a container 10 for heating. Accordingly, it is unnecessary to shape the waste 20 before being heated. Furthermore, the local heating device 1 does not heat the waste 20 by collecting light to the waste, but indirectly heats the waste 20 through a pipe 11 by collecting the light to a lower end 11B of the pipe 11 in a state of charging the waste 20 into the container 10 for heating. Thus, the heat is diffused to the circumference of the pipe 11, and the waste 20 and the pipe 11 can be efficiently heated and melted.
