PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin container excellent in strength including strength of a side surface.SOLUTION: A resin container 1 comprises a mouth 2, a shoulder 3, a trunk 4 and a bottom 5, all of which are continuously connected. The trunk 4 of the resin container 1 includes a plurality of vertical recesses 6 extending in substantially vertical direction in a front view, which are disposed along a circumferential direction.
