Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a rectifying circuit which solves the problem such that the potential of a timing judging circuit must be set severely, by simplifying the timing judgment into two stages, and eliminating the setting operation within a circuit, in a rectifying circuit using a field effect transistor.
CONSTITUTION: The controller 11 of a MOSFET 9 for a flywheel is composed of a delay circuit 12, a drive circuit 13, a continuity mode detecting circuit 14, and a delay circuit control signal generating circuit 15. The continuity mode detecting circuit 14 monitors the voltage VDS between the drain and the source of the MOSFET 9 for a flywheel, and performs the judgment of continuity mode. The delay circuit control signal generating circuit 15 sends out a signal for changing the delay time, according to the judgment result of the continuity mode detecting circuit 14. The delay circuit 12 makes a drive signal having delay time geared to the signal sent out from the delay circuit control signal generating circuit 15.
