PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaking spout member easily fitted to a container, high in durability to repeated opening/closing, and capable of preventing leakage of a content during spouting, a container with the shaking spout member, and a filler.SOLUTION: The shaking spout member includes a base part body 10 including a support part 11 having an opening 12 which penetrates through between an outer surface 18 and an inner surface 19 and through which a content passes and a seal plate 13 extending from the outer periphery of the support part 11 and fixed to a container, and a closing part 30 for closing the opening 12. The closing part 30 has a fixed part 31, a thin hinge part 32, and a shaking part 33 coupled to the fixed part 31 to swing via the hinge part 32. The shaking part 33 has a closing plate 38, and a pair of side plates 39, and the fixed part 31 is connected to the support part 11. When the shaking part 33 swings, the outer surfaces of the pair of side plates 39 and the end surfaces of both ends of the hinge part 32 slide into contact with an inner peripheral surface 20 of the opening 12, and the hinge part 32 is always positioned more inside than the outer surface 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
