Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution server and a content reproduction device that improve convenience for a user when content recorded by a server is distributed.SOLUTION: A server 10 includes: a video recording control unit for recording content; attribute information management unit for creating attribute information indicating contents of the content before recording of the content is completed; and an attribute information provision unit for transmitting the attribute information if the attribute information on the content being recorded is requested from an external apparatus (client) during recording the content. An attribute information storage unit stores a cumulative recording time of the recorded content as attribute information on the total reproduction time of the content whenever the content is recorded for a prescribed reproduction time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
