Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for a fluid type power transmission device capable of improving responsiveness in control for differential rotation control.SOLUTION: A control device 10 of a torque converter controls a torque capacity of a lock-up clutch 5 to a value where a value multiplied by an inertial weight I at an input shaft of a torque converter 4 against a turbine revolving speed nt is subtracted from a calculated torque capacity Tlu of a lockup clutch 5 on the basis of a difference value between a target difference revolving number nslpof the torque converter 4 and a real difference revolving number ne-nt. With such an arrangement as above, a varying component of reaction force at an output shaft of the torque converter 4 is removed and an engine revolving speed ne follows 1 by 1 in respect to a variation of a turbine revolving speed nt, so that it is possible to improve responsiveness of difference revolving number control of the torque converter 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
