Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification device, a controller for the gasification device, and gasification composite power generation equipment improving the simplification of char flow rate control and improving robust properties.SOLUTION: Provided is a gasification device comprising: a gasification furnace 22 of performing the gasification of fine coal; a fine coal feed apparatus 11 of feeding fine coal to the gasification furnace 22; an oxygen gas feed line L4 of feeding oxygen to the gasification furnace 22; a char recovery apparatus 14 of recovering char contained in a combustible gas generated in the gasification furnace 22; the second nitrogen gas feed line L10 of feeding the char recovered by the char recovery apparatus 14 to the gasification furnace 22; a char feed flow rate adjustment valve 31 of adjusting the feed flow rate of the char to be fed to the gasification furnace 22 by the second nitrogen gas feed line L10; and a controller 100 of controlling the opening degree of the char feed flow rate adjustment valve 31 based on a gasification furnace input command value GID prescribing the heat input charged to the gasification furnace 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
