Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect noise which is superimposed on actual measurement data of MFB which are calculated on the basis of an output of an in-cylinder pressure sensor by taking into consideration a change of a strain characteristic of the in-cylinder pressure sensor, and to suppress that an error of a specified ratio combustion point resulting from the noise is reflected to engine control as it is.SOLUTION: Feedback control based on actual measurement CA10 and actual measurement CA50 which are calculated on the basis of actual measurement data of MFB is performed. The actual measurement data are corrected according to a pattern of a waveform of the actual measurement data of a heat generation amount Q, and the actual measurement data of MFB are calculated. A correlation index value Iwhich indicates a degree of a correlation between the calculated actual measurement data of MFB and reference data corresponding thereto is calculated. When the correlation index value Iis smaller than a determination value I, it is prohibited that the actual measurement data CA10 and the actual measurement data CA50 at a combustion cycle which is calculated by the correlation index value are reflected to the feedback control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
