Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller having high possibility of connecting multiple desired electric apparatuses, depending on the application in collective housing.SOLUTION: A controller 3 includes a control section 30 for controlling communication between an intercom slave unit 1 and an intercom master unit 2, and multiple serial ports 31-34 for connection with the control section 30. The intercom slave unit 1 is installed in the common area of a collective housing. The intercom master unit 2 is installed in the dwelling unit A1 of the collective housing. The multiple serial ports 31-34 include at least one changeover port 330. The changeover port 330 is changed over between a first state permitting communication between a first electric apparatus 71 conforming to a first communication protocol and the control section 30, and a second state permitting communication between a second electric apparatus 72 conforming to a second communication protocol different from the first communication protocol and the control section 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
