Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a shredding condition for shredding chips from a working condition to an actual cutting work.SOLUTION: A control device (20) of a machine tool (10) which cuts a rotational symmetric workpiece (W) with a tool (11) includes: a working command creation section (22) which creates at least one working command of auxiliary motors (M1 and M2) based on a relative rotation speed of the workpiece (W) and the tool (11) and a feeding speed which relatively feeds the tool and the workpiece; a sliding command creation section (23) which creates at least one sliding command of the auxiliary motor so as to be asynchronous with the rotation speed around the rotation axis of the workpiece and makes the tool continuously cuts the workpiece based on the rotation speed and the feeding speed; an addition section (24) which adds the sliding command to the working command; and a control section 26 which controls at least one auxiliary motor based on the working command after the sliding command has been added. The control device performs learning control based on the rotation speed and the sliding frequency of the sliding command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
