To provide a control device capable of improving linearity in a brightness change by driving a diaphragm when adjusting the exposure by driving the diaphragm when picking up moving images.SOLUTION: A control device for controlling drive of a diaphragm (23), comprises: setting means (20) configured to set a drive voltage (correction with respect to a reference voltage) for a stepping motor (25) for driving the diaphragm depending on a drive direction of the diaphragm and an F value; and drive means (26) for driving the diaphragm using the drive voltage set by the setting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
