PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water supply equipment and a control method enabling transmission of versatile display information to an external indicator.SOLUTION: In a nonvolatile memory of water supply equipment, equipment information including at least one of the number of pumps, a water supply method and equipment type identification information that indicates a configuration of the water supply equipment is stored. Based on the equipment information stored in the nonvolatile memory and operation information input to an input section of a control section, the control section of the water supply equipment sets display information displayed on an external indicator and transmits the display information to outside in a communication section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
