PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing play machine capable of easily creating an image to which blurring is applied.SOLUTION: A photo sticker creation device provides a provision image that is generated by using a photographic image obtained by photography using a camera, to a user. Regarding the provision image, the photo sticker creation device identifies a specific region 165a in a part of the provision image and on the basis of a result of the identification, blurring is applied to a non-specific region 165c excluding the specific region 165a, in a mode different from the specific region 165a.
