PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power converter superior in workability at a low cost, a control method of electric power converter and a control program of electric power converter.SOLUTION: The electric power converter is configured including: a conversion part that converts a DC current voltage output from a DC current power source into an AC voltage; an output part that outputs the converted AC voltage; a discrimination part that discriminates whether a wire connection of a circuit connected to the output section is a V wire connection or a V connection with different capacity on the basis of the potential of each phase of the conversion part with respect to the ground potential; and a control part that controls the operation of the conversion part on the basis of the discrimination result by the discrimination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
