Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray mammary image-capturing apparatus capable of capturing an X-ray tomographic image in a situation where a subject is fixed.SOLUTION: An X-ray mammary image-capturing apparatus: includes an X-ray source 11 for irradiating an X-ray and detection unit 13 for detecting the X-ray which are arranged so as to be opposite to each other; and captures a tomographic image of a mamma by irradiating the X-ray while rotating the X-ray source and the detection unit around the mamma. The X-ray mammary image-capturing apparatus further includes: a member 33 which is arranged between the X-ray source and the detection unit, and has a hollow part into which the mamma can be inserted through an insertion hole; and a control unit 15 for controlling a pressure inside the member 33 so as to be negative to pull in the mamma from one end at which the insertion hole is provided, of the member 33 toward the another end of the member.
