Abstract:
This charger/discharger for charging/discharging a battery is provided with: a power control unit for controlling the supply of power to a vending machine, which operates on the basis of power from an external power source and is electrically connected to the battery via the charger/discharger, and charging/discharging of the battery held on the charger/discharger; and a detection unit for detecting a charged state of the battery. The power control unit switches to power from the external power source or that from the battery on the basis of the detection result of the detection unit and supplies the power for the vending machine to operate.
