Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine an optimal target pressure control curve corresponding to the operation condition in estimated terminal pressure constant control.SOLUTION: A pump unit comprises: a pump for transferring liquid; and a motor for driving the pump. The pump unit also comprises a control unit for controlling a motor so that the discharge side pressure of the pump is equal to the target pressure on the target pressure control curve. Then, when the average value of the target pressure at a first prescribed time is smaller than a prescribed threshold pressure on the target pressure control curve, the control unit corrects the target pressure control curve so that the target pressure becomes smaller. Also, when the average value of the motor revolution speed at a second prescribed time is larger than a prescribed threshold revolution speed, the control unit corrects the target pressure control curve so that the target pressure becomes larger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
