PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a moving body efficiently arrive at an arrival point.SOLUTION: In a control support device 100, a flight plan information storage part 101 stores off-block time on a plan in each airplane. A moving body monitoring part 130 calculates a standard time, a longest time and a shortest time taken in movement from a spot to the end of a runway on the basis of a time taken in the movement from the spot to the end of the runway in the past. A trajectory calculation part 140 calculates arrival time to the end of the runway in each airplane when having departed on the off-block time on the plan and having moved for the standard time, and determines order of the calculated arrival time as arrival order of the plurality of airplanes that are control targets. The trajectory calculation part 140 calculates the arrival time of the plurality of airplanes when having adjusted arrival intervals between the airplanes according to the determined arrival order, and calculates and outputs the off-block time for arriving on the arrival time by long-time movement in each airplane.
